2. Refund Policy

Since ClyQ is primarily a social media platform, most services are provided digitally and instantly. Therefore, payments made for premium features or subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made in error.
• Technical issues that prevent delivery of the purchased service.
• Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase and approved after review.
